We are seeking a skilled Car Painter to join our garage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles, restoring paintwork, and ensuring a high-quality finish on all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other painting equipment.
Repair minor dents, scratches, and paint defects before painting.
Ensure proper drying and curing of painted surfaces.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spray booths in clean and safe working condition.
Follow safety and environmental guidelines when handling paints and chemicals.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive painter or spray painter.
Skilled in color matching and blending techniques.
Familiarity with automotive painting tools, materials, and safety procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical certification in automotive painting (preferred but not mandatory).
