Job Description

Purpose:

Prep, refinish, and paint vehicle panels to factory or customer standards while meeting safety, quality, and cycle?time targets.

Prep

?- inspect, sand, fill, prime, and mask surrounding areas.

Mix & Match

?- use spectrophotometer and paint codes; fine?tune toners for perfect color.

Spray

?- apply sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat with high?volume low?pressure guns; bake per technical sheets.

Finish & Inspect

?- wet?sand, polish, remove defects, and sign off with service adviser or customer.

Maintain Gear

?- clean and calibrate guns, filters, booth, and mixing room; manage paint and solvent inventory.
