Areas of activity and tasks Responsible for the implementation and follow up of new programs in the plant. Coordinates programs follow up with design engineer team and other department in the plant. Responsible for the construction of samples and prototypes, as well as for their rating with the Customer, and for coordinating the new components and their HPO with the Purchase and Quality Dep. Applies and launches the approved programs for the cost reduction through product or technology improvement in the installations, as well as in the processes, machines and tools, taking responsibility for the achievement of the productivity improvement plans assigned to him Responsible for the Factory times of the product or Customer assigned to him, as well as for APD Times, taking the lead of the control, as well as of the efficiency calculations and the generated times. Responsible for detecting, launching and developing tooling, means and / or machinery, processes aiming at the optimization and improvement of production, as well as sharing them with any other Plant through the "Best Practices" System. Weekly summarizes his project's situation, as well as his parameters and the improvement plans. Responsible for keeping up the company's norms in his responsibility area, Takes personal responsibility for keeping himself, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards. Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it. Capacity Analysis & product developement capacity analysis Ensures the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements

Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy,environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).

Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.

To be successful in this role : University degree (BAC+5;Masters) Experience Lean Enterprise. Strong computer skills, MS Project, Visio, Excel in particular. Good technical skills Team management skills. Ability to prioritize work. At least 3 years experience in similar role or close.

Linguistic capabilities : French & English are mandatory
