Key Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the scope and cost of repairs.
Prepare accurate, itemized repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).
Communicate effectively with customers to explain estimates and repair timelines.
Collaborate with technicians and parts department to ensure correct parts are ordered and repairs are completed per the estimate.
Work with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and process claims.
Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding repair status and satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, approvals, and customer communications.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Assist with scheduling repair appointments and coordinating with the production team.
Stay updated on automotive repair techniques, industry standards, and insurance guidelines.
