Responsibilities:
Safely operate the service center vehicle for pick-up and drop-off of customers' cars.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Assist customers in understanding the service process and address basic queries.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the service center vehicle.
Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly.
Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, mileage, and relevant information.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation associated with each trip.
Assist with office-related driving tasks, such as delivering documents, packages, or materials.
Follow a schedule of planned trips and be adaptable to ad-hoc requests.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations in the UAE.
Ensure the vehicle is compliant with all legal requirements, including valid registration and insurance.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driver's license.
Proven driving experience, preferably in a customer service role.
Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean driving record.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
Familiarity with basic office-related tasks.
