Job Summary



The Car Care Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling car care services and products to customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining services (such as detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, wrapping, and tinting), and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service



1. Greet and assist walk-in customers and respond to phone or online inquiries.

2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable car care services or packages.

3. Prepare and present quotations, service packages, and promotional offers.

4. Upsell additional services and accessories to increase revenue.

5. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

- Business Development



1. Actively seek new clients through networking, social media, and corporate visits.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients (e.g., fleet owners, dealerships, rental companies).

3. Participate in marketing activities and campaigns to promote the brand.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to suggest improvements.

5. Operations Coordination

6. Coordinate with the operations/workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.

7. Verify that the service provided matches the customer's order and expectations.

8. Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and customer details.

9. Report daily and monthly sales performance to management.

- Qualifications and Skills



Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong). Experience:1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, car care, or detailing services. Proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.

- Skills:



1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English preferred).

2. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

3. Good understanding of car detailing, polishing, tinting, and protection products.

4. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

5. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, POS systems).

6. UAE Driving License is an advantage.

- Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly and quartrly sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction scores and feedback. Repeat business and client retention rate. Upselling ratio and conversion rate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
