Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain/Engineer for a 20m New Build Private M/Y, Dual Season Med/Dubai
- The vessel is due for delivery shortly, and the successful candidate will play a key role in final fit-out, setup, and ongoing operations.
- Oversee vessel commissioning and handover from the shipyard
- The yacht is part of a small fleet of larger yachts based in both the Med and UAE
- Manage all aspects of yacht operations including navigation, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Liaise with shipyard, contractors, and management during setup phase
- Maintain excellent presentation of the yacht at all times
- Handle budgets, provisioning, and local logistics
- Ensure a high standard of service and safety for the owner and guests
- Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore and AEC 1&2 ticket
- Previous experience as Captain on yachts 18-25m
- Strong technical understanding and maintenance ability
- Good knowledge of local UAE cruising areas is essential
- Open to couples
- A package of EUR6,000 plus 60 days is on offer
