A REPUTED SHIPPING COMPANY IN UAE REQUIRED MASTER FOR THEIR VESSEL LOCATED IN ARAMCO OPERATION

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Ship Captain to join our maritime operations team. The Ship Captain will be responsible for the overall command, navigation, and safety of the vessel, crew, passengers, and cargo. This role requires extensive maritime knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing maritime operations, ensuring compliance with international maritime laws, and maintaining high safety standards. As a Ship Captain, you will oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, crew management, cargo handling, and emergency response procedures. You will be responsible for planning and executing voyages, ensuring that the vessel operates efficiently and safely at all times. You will also be expected to maintain accurate logs and records, communicate effectively with port authorities, and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew. You must be able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety drills, inspections, and training sessions to ensure crew preparedness and vessel readiness. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the vessel's equipment and systems, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed, and ensuring that the vessel remains seaworthy and compliant with all safety standards. You will collaborate closely with shore-based management teams, providing regular updates on vessel status, voyage progress, and any issues or concerns that arise. The Ship Captain must have a thorough understanding of maritime navigation techniques, weather forecasting, and emergency response protocols.
