Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the waitstaff during daily operations.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
Take and confirm food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
Ensure food and drinks are served according to restaurant standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Train, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver high-quality service.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the dining area.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service flow.
Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Captain Order, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role in Food & Beverage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and menu operations.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy dining environment.
Team-oriented with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
