Job Description

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Capital Strategy / CFO for their client in Dubai which is a multinational biotech investment group facilitating the production and delivery of vaccines and biologics across multiple international geographies.
We are looking for a qualified, C-suite Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in capital fundraising, investor relations within the biotech, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The ideal candidate would be a top M&A professional with a proven successful track record in M&As, Post Merger Integration and Strategic Financial planning. You would be responsible for major corporate decision making including R&D investment, manufacturing expansion, global market entry and portfolio optimization.
Lead the end to end M&A processes including target evaluation, valuation modeling and deal structuring. You would also manage relationships with investment banks and legal counsel. Develop financial models to evaluate synergies, integration complexity and value creation scenarios. Design and implement comprehensive post-M&A integration plans across acquired entities and oversee integration of R&D pipelines, manufacturing capabilities and joint venture / subsidiary financial governance.Lead all equity and debt financing like private placements, venture financing, strategic partnerships and future capital market transactions.Maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, private equity funds and strategic partners. Assess capital structures and recommend strategies to optimize liquidity, working capital and long-term financial sustainability.
Oversee all budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning for the business, ensuring adherence to IFRS/GAAP and local regulatory standards across all subsidiaries and international entities. Monitor financial performance of JVs, subsidiaries and international entities ensuring financial discipline and transparency. Provide financial leadership across R&D, manufacturing, CapEx, equipment investments and establish clear financial governance for collaborations, licensing agreements, tech transfer deals and royalty structures.IPO, public company reporting and SEC experience is an advantage.
Salary : Aed 80,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
