Job Description
Leading US Firm are looking to add a Capital Markets lawyer (4-6 PQE) to their Dubai team.
This team adiverses on a range of capital-raising transactions for corporations and advisers. As experts in equity capital markets, they have extensive experience in initial public offerings, entitlement offers, equity subscriptions, rights issues, private placements, block trades and buy-backs. they also work closely with lawyers in the debt capital markets practice on hybrid issues.
This role would suit someone at the 4-6 PQE mark coming out of the London market however, all top class lawyers will be considered.
