We are seeking a Campus Operation Manager to coordinate and optimize all Campus operations, including production, testing, maintenance and process compliance. Ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement within production lines. Additionally, the Campus Operation Manager will be responsible for implementing new production lines in the new campus, hiring and training operators as part of the new Dubai project.
What you'll do:

• Manage operations to achieve specific performance indicators (productivity, costs, OTD, quality, health and safety, EHS objectives, employee engagement, and EBE). Ensure full compliance with EHS and MESH standards, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Lead the setup of new production lines in the newly established campus, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and manufacturing requirements.
• Actively participate on defining and implementing the layout, equipment selection, and workflow optimization for new production lines.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and NPI teams to ensure a seamless transition to mass production.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training for the new operators in 2 workstreams (MCB, Plastic Injection) to support the new production lines.
• Develop and implement training programs for operators and technical staff, ensuring competency and compliance.
• Establish a mentorship and skill development framework to support continuous workforce growth and efficiency.
• Prepare the budget (planning) and ensures that objectives are met within the approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications.
• Ensure efficient implementation of all logistics activities, particularly in materials management, controlling, logistics, and human resources management, through periodic meetings.
• Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to ensure communication of operational objectives and maintains periodic contact with employee representatives.
• Ensure the implementation of Eaton Business System and Lean tools throughout the factory (5S+, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodology). Strives for world-class manufacturing standards, visual management, and cost productivity targets.
• Actively supports environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations, with a strong focus on quality and environmental aspects (EQS, MESH) and Quality Management according to ISO9000 and ISO14000 series.
• Acts as a leader for improvement projects, participating as a core team member in extended PRO Launch teams. Provides support and guidance to project teams regarding customer concerns, potential scope changes, and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or higher
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience managing a team of MCB workstreams and led Plastic Injection Molding Operations

Skills:

• Technical knowledge, knowledge on how to run manufacturing, production with high efficiency and productivity.
• Proven experience with production processes, and electronic assembly processes.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt would be a plus).
• Experience in managing high-mix, low-to-mid volume production environments.
• Proven experience in setting up new production lines (Greenfield projects) and workforce expansion.
• Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills.
• Strong influential skills and ability to communicate effectively at senior level.
• Working often in emotionally challenging circumstances the role requires both empathy and demonstration of managerial courage.
