Position

: Campaign Assistant

Monthly Salary

: 5,000 AED

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 6 days a week

Contract Duration:

3 to 4 months

Joining:

Immediate

Work Locations

: Dubai Studio City

What You'll Do


As a vital member of our campaign support team, you will:

Assist in Campaign Management:

Support the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

Collaborate with the Team:

Work closely with Account Managers to develop creative briefs and coordinate with influencers and clients.

Research Influencer Talent:

Identify and shortlist influencers who align with campaign goals.

Oversee Logistics:

Assist with contracts, product deliveries, and overall campaign organization.

Monitor Campaigns:

Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare client reports.

Coordinate Communication:

Serve as a day-to-day contact between the team, influencers, and clients.

Keep Things Organized:

Manage databases, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation is up to date.

What We're Looking For



Go-Getter Attitude:

1-2 years of experience in marketing or media (internships count!) preferred but not required.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Team Player:

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.

Detail-Oriented:

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency.

Creative Energy:

Passionate about creativity and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow.

Reliable & Punctual:

Able to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
