Job Title: Camp Store Assistant Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time : As the Camp Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the camp store, ensuring that it meets the needs of our residents. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to enhance the overall camp experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for various products available in the camp store.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and assist in regular stocktaking.
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to camp residents.
- Assist residents in finding and purchasing products, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Cash Handling:
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the security of the cash register and handle all transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Product Display and Merchandising:
- Ensure that products are attractively displayed, well-organized, and easily accessible to residents.
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to enhance the overall presentation of the store.
- Cleanliness and Order:
- Keep the camp store clean and organized at all times.
- Perform regular checks to ensure that shelves are stocked, and products are properly labeled.
- Assist in Receiving Deliveries:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to verify the accuracy of items received.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Previous experience in a retail or store assistant role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Visa sponsorship provided by the company.
