The
Camp Operations Manager
is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of labor camps and accommodation facilities for workers deployed through third-party suppliers. You will ensure that accommodation, transportation, and welfare services meet the standards required by the company and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Camp Management:
Oversee the daily operation of labour camps, including managing housing, transport, medical care, and welfare for workers.Coordination with Third-Party Suppliers:
Ensure that third-party suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations for workers' accommodation, transportation, and welfare services.Compliance with Health & Safety Standards:
Ensure that all camps adhere to UAE health, safety, and sanitation standards.Logistics Management:
Manage transportation of workers to and from work sites, and ensure safe and timely travel.Incident Management:
Handle any emergencies, health issues, or grievancesrelated to workers in the camp.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and reports for worker accommodation, transportation, and other logistics.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent experience inoperations
, or related fields. At least 3years of experience
in managing labor camps or workforce accommodations in the UAE. Strong knowledge ofUAE health and safety regulations
for worker accommodations. Experience in managing relationships with third-party service providers. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.To Apply:
