About The Job
A Camp In-charge, also known as a Camp Boss, is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of a worker's camp, ensuring the well-being of residents and adherence to company standards and local regulations. This includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining hygiene and safety, managing staff, and handling various administrative tasks.
