: Camp Boss Manager - UAE

Job Purpose:

The Camp Boss Manager will be responsible for

overall management, supervision, and coordination of all company labor/staff camps across the UAE

, ensuring high standards of accommodation, hygiene, safety, and employee welfare. The role will be

based in Dubai

with regular visits to camps in other Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee

all UAE camps

operations and standards Supervise and guide site camp bosses and camp staff Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of all camp facilities Ensure compliance with

UAE health, safety, and labor regulations

Coordinate accommodation allocation, occupancy records, and camp documentation Oversee catering services, food quality, and hygiene standards Handle escalated employee issues, complaints, and welfare matters Conduct regular camp inspections and audits across UAE Manage camp budgets, inventory, and supplier coordination Coordinate with

HR, Admin, HSE, and Project teams

Implement company policies, camp rules, and discipline Prepare reports and updates for management

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and multi-site management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of UAE labor camps, regulations, and compliance Ability to manage multicultural workforce Basic computer and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as

Camp Boss / Camp Manager

in UAE Experience managing

multiple camps

is highly preferred Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE labor camp standards is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month
