Supervise and manage day-to-day camp operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.
Ensure proper accommodation arrangements for staff as per company policies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the camp facilities.
Monitor staff attendance, behavior, and compliance with company rules.
Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding employee accommodation, transfers, and requirements.
Oversee camp inventory, supplies, and utilities to avoid shortages.
Handle employee complaints and resolve issues related to camp facilities.
Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, and other facilities.
Maintain accurate records of camp residents, utilities usage, and related reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in UAE or GCC.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of
camp management, housekeeping, and facility maintenance
.
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi/Urdu
(Arabic is a plus).
