Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Camp Manager
to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a large workforce camp in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling camp administration, ADNOC inspections, client coordination, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the overall operations of the camp, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
Oversee accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and other welfare services provided to employees.
Ensure compliance with
ADNOC HSE requirements
and successfully manage ADNOC inspections.
Coordinate with clients and company management to address requirements and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor catering services to ensure quality, hygiene, and cost control.
Supervise camp staff and service providers to maintain standards and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to camp activities.
Ensure health, safety, and welfare of all residents within the camp.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in managing large labor/employee camps.
Proven experience in handling
ADNOC inspections
and client interactions.
Background in the
catering/hospitality industry
will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in remote site locations (Habshan, Abu Dhabi).
