Oversee the daily operations of the camp and ensure smooth functioning.

Allocate and manage accommodations for employees.

Ensure that camp facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.

Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise camp staff, including cleaners, cooks.

Assign and manage deployment of manpower as per requirements

Welfare and Safety: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all camp residents.

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Handle emergencies, such as medical incidents, security breaches, or maintenance issues.

Maintenance and Supplies: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment.

Coordinate with procurement dept. for arrangements of maintenance supplies.

Ensure proper storage and usage of all resources, including food, water, and cleaning materials.

Enforce camp rules and regulations. Resolve conflicts or grievances among camp residents.

Report disciplinary issues to the management if necessary.

Record regular attendance, Medical, Emirates ID arrangements, Leave applications, Renewals and Cancellation.

Act as a liaison between camp residents and management. Communicate company policies, updates, and procedures to employees.

Qualification

Diploma or any Equivalent

Minimum 1 years of experience in camp management

Good knowledge in MS office (Excel)

Language: Hindi/Tamil/English/Malayalam
