ALAIHAM MARBLE & GRANITE LLC is currently seeking an experienced and responsible
Camp Boss
to oversee and manage the daily operations of our workers' camp / accommodation facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all camp operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety.
Coordinate camp needs including maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security.
Monitor occupancy, control access, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp status and requirements.
Communicate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise camp staff (cleaners, cooks, security, maintenance team, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum
[3-5] years
of proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in
English
(reading and speaking).
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
