CAMP BOSS
URGENT HIRING
We are looking for a
dedicated and experienced Camp Boss
to manage and oversee the daily operations of our staff accommodation. The ideal candidate should ensure the camp runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a comfortable living environment for all employees.Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all camp operations and staff. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the camp. Handle accommodation allocation and ensure proper record keeping. Coordinate with HR and Admin regarding employee movements and requirements. Monitor food supply, maintenance, and utilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in the UAE. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer skills for record management. Ability to handle multicultural staff and resolve issues efficiently.
