Job Description

Job Purpose



The Camp Boss is responsible for ensuring

smooth and disciplined mobilization of workers

from camp to various site locations and back. He oversees attendance, transport coordination, security, and overall discipline of the labor camp in compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

1. Key Responsibilities

Worker Mobilization & Attendance



Maintain accurate

attendance records

for all workers leaving/returning from camp. Ensure each worker

boards the correct bus

and reaches the assigned site on time. Coordinate with transport providers to avoid delays and overcrowding. Monitor daily manpower deployment and report discrepancies immediately.

Camp Discipline & Security



Enforce camp rules (no alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items inside). Supervise camp security staff at entry/exit points. Maintain a

visitor log

and ensure only authorized persons enter camp. Handle conflicts or misconduct among workers and escalate when required.
3.

Camp Cleanliness & Facilities Oversight



Ensure general areas, toilets, kitchen, dining hall, prayer room, and medical room are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff. Ensure drinking water, electricity, and utilities are maintained without disruption.
4.

Health, Safety & Welfare



Monitor the medical room/first aid supplies and arrange immediate care for sick or injured workers. Conduct safety checks (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, etc.). Support worker welfare by addressing grievances and coordinating with HR/Admin.

Reporting & Communication



Submit

daily mobilization reports

(workers deployed, absentees, late reports). Report any transport delays, accidents, or disciplinary issues to management. Keep HR/Admin updated on camp occupancy, facility status, and manpower movement.

Job Requirements



Proven experience in

labour camp management

(preferably in manpower supply or construction). Strong organizational skills to handle large-scale worker mobilization. Ability to maintain discipline and manage multicultural workforce. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Bengali an advantage. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.

Work Conditions



Based at labor camp; full-time residence may be required. Flexible to work long hours, especially during peak mobilization schedules. Directly responsible for the

smooth daily movement of manpower

to client sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,001.00 per month
