. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in the construction field and be capable of maintaining camp operations, hygiene, discipline, and welfare of the camp residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the camp
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the camp premises
Monitor staff attendance and ensure rules and regulations are followed
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
Handle inventory and supplies for the camp
Resolve any issues related to workers' welfare promptly
Requirements:
Two years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a construction is
require
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage large groups of workers and handle logistical tasks
Must be currently available in the UAE,
Benefits:
Salary: AED
2,000 to 2,500
per month (based on experience)
Company-provided visa
Accommodation and other benefits as per UAE labor law
