Manage daily camp activities and resident allocation
Maintain inventory and supplies
Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline in the camp
Coordinate with HR and project teams
Requirements:
Proven experience Minimum 5 years in similar role (construction preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
