Camp Boss
to manage and oversee our labor camp. The ideal candidatemust be fluent in Arabic
and capable of handling all aspects of camp administration including hygiene, safety, discipline, and facility management.Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise daily camp operations (cleanliness, maintenance, food, etc.)
? Ensure proper accommodation and safety for all workers
? Maintain camp records (attendance, complaints, maintenance logs)
? Coordinate with HR/Admin for worker movements & documentation
? Handle emergency situations and ensure discipline in camp
? Liaise with suppliers, maintenance teams, and local authorities
? Strong interpersonal and
communication skills in Arabic
Requirements:
-Prior experience as Camp Boss or similar role

Fluent in Arabic - Mandatory
-Good leadership and organizational skills
-Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-Ability to handle multicultural workforce
-Basic computer knowledge

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
