Key Responsibilities
Supervise accommodation, maintenance, safety and security
Maintain daily attendance records and manage staff work schedule
Handle worker complaints
Respond to health emergencies and liaise with medical services
Maintain discipline and enforce company protocols
Prepare detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
Report issues and updates directly to the company
Requirements
Former Armed Forces Personnel
strongly preferred
Proven leadership and people management experience
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
Must be fluent in Hindi and English
