Job Description

Camp boss Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Salary : 3000 to 5000 Their job duties may include: 1. Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the worker accommodation facilities. 2. Managing the housekeeping, catering, and laundry services provided to workers. 3. Maintaining the safety and security of the accommodation facilities. 4. Managing the inventory of supplies and equipment needed to run the facilities. 5. Coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and operations. 6. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to ensure compliance with safety and health standards. 7. Preparing and maintaining records of worker accommodation and related expenses. 8. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 9. Managing the budgets and expenses related to the worker accommodation facilities. 10. Handling any issues or complaints related to the worker accommodation facilities. 11. Managing and overseeing the worker accommodation facilities to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of workers while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with local regulations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma (Preferred)
