The Camp Boss is responsible for managing the overall operation of the labor camp, including accommodation, hygiene, safety, discipline, and staff welfare. Ensures smooth daily operations and compliance with local municipality and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and camp maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness, health, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Maintain records of camp occupancy, staff movements, and maintenance needs.
Handle worker complaints and resolve conflicts within the camp.
Supervise cleaning staff, kitchen crew, and camp maintenance team.
Ensure proper waste disposal and pest control compliance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing labor camps in the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and municipality requirements.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, record keeping).
