STG Contracting and Building Works LLC is urgently hiring an experienced
Camp Boss
to manage and oversee the operations of our labor camp in
Ras Al Khaimah
. The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and order within the camp, and providing a comfortable living environment for all workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance.
Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Monitor camp staff and coordinate their duties effectively.
Handle room allocations, staff movements, and camp discipline.
Maintain accurate records: resident list, inventory, complaints, and maintenance logs.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, dining areas, and common facilities.
Resolve issues and complaints raised by residents promptly.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for worker arrivals, departures, and logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE (preferably in construction).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage large labor camps (80+ residents).
Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is needed.
Familiar with UAE labor camp regulations and hygiene standards.
