to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our workers' camp in
Fujairah
. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling ADNOC or oil & gas project camps and ensuring smooth camp administration in compliance with company and client standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the camp.
Ensure the camp is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
Supervise camp staff (cleaners, cooks, maintenance team, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, catering, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with project management and HSE teams for inspections and compliance.
Implement ADNOC and company procedures related to health, safety, and welfare.
Monitor food, utilities, and supplies usage to control costs.
Handle staff accommodation allocation and related documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
as a Camp Boss, preferably on ADNOC or oil & gas projects.
Strong knowledge of
ADNOC camp management procedures
.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in record keeping and basic computer skills.
Ability to manage multicultural workforce and handle emergencies efficiently.
