The Camp Boss is responsible for managing all camp operations, ensuring the smooth running of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and facility maintenance. The role ensures the well-being, comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all camp residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, catering, laundry, and housekeeping.
Manage staff schedules and ensure all services are adequately staffed.
Ensure the camp facilities are clean, safe, and in good repair.
Coordinate with catering teams to ensure timely, high-quality food service.
Enforce camp rules and safety protocols to maintain order and security.
Monitor inventory and supply levels, and coordinate replenishments as needed.
Handle resident complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and operations.
Maintain records of residents, staff, and maintenance reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
FRESHERS ONLY
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and camp logistics.
Ability to manage multicultural teams.
Physically fit and capable of working in remote or harsh conditions.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, email).
First Aid and/or Health & Safety certifications (preferred).
Preferred Nationality - Nepal
