CAMP BOSS

Facilities Management

Supervise the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of camp facilities, including accommodation units, dining areas, and recreational spaces. Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment. Oversee waste management, sanitation, and environmental compliance within the camp.
Accommodation & Logistics

Allocate and manage living spaces for residents and workers in line with company policies. Ensure all accommodations are equipped with required amenities and comply with safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate transportation logistics for incoming and outgoing personnel. Take full responsibility for the management, scheduling, and maintenance of company vehicles.
Health & Safety

Implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Provide basic first aid support and coordinate with medical services during emergencies.
Security Management

Implement security measures to protect camp facilities, assets, and occupants. Coordinate with security personnel to monitor access control and camp security. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and incident situations.
Communication & Resident Relations

Act as the primary point of contact between camp residents, management, and external stakeholders. Communicate policies, updates, and operational information to camp occupants. Address, manage, and resolve resident concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, maintenance, inventory, and supplies. Prepare regular reports for management covering camp operations, issues, and expenses. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, schedule, and lead support staff including cleaners, cooks, drivers, and maintenance personnel. Provide training, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure high service standards.
Compliance & Regulations

Ensure full compliance with local laws, industry standards, and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement required operational adjustments.

Qualification:

1. Prior experience in UAE is must.

2. UAE Driving license is mandatory.
