Camp Boss
with strong leadership and organizational skills.Job Summary
The Camp Boss will oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well?organized living environment. This role requires strong coordination, people management, and problem?solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day?to?day camp operations. Ensure accommodation facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room allocation, and staff movements. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, utilities, and facility upkeep. Manage camp inventory, including supplies, equipment, and materials. Handle staff concerns, resolve issues, and maintain discipline within the camp. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. Oversee transportation schedules and support logistics when required. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and camp infrastructure. Reporting to the management.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Camp Boss or in accommodation management. Valid UAE Driver's License. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multicultural staff. Good knowledge of camp safety, hygiene, and facility operations. Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting). Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.Job Type: Full-time
