Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Camp Boss

to oversee the daily operations of our camp. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, wellbeing, and productivity of all camp personnel, manage logistics, and enforce safety protocols and able to join immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the Camp

Oversee all daily activities in the camp to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Ensure Safety

Make sure all safety rules and procedures are followed by everyone in the camp.

Supervise Staff

Lead and supervise camp staff such as security guards, cleaners, cooks, and other workers.

Organize Accommodation

Make sure workers have proper places to stay

Coordinate Transportation

Arrange transportation for workers and supplies as needed.

Maintain Cleanliness

Ensure the camp stays clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

Inventory Management

Keep track of supplies, uniform, and equipment. Order more when needed.

Report Issues

Inform management about any problems or emergencies in the camp.

Enforce Rules

Make sure everyone follows company rules related to safety, behavior, and work.

Support Workers

Assist workers with their needs and address any concerns they may have.

Maintain Records

Keep accurate records of staff attendance, Vehicles, supplies, and safety checks.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in contracting or engineering projects

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety standards and protocols

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions
