Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the labor camp. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities. Monitor accommodation occupancy and maintain updated camp records. Coordinate food supply, catering services, and drinking water availability. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation regulations and health & safety standards. Handle worker issues, complaints, and welfare matters. Coordinate with HR and site management for worker movement and attendance. Ensure proper waste disposal and pest control. Report incidents, damages, or disciplinary issues to management. Support inspections by authorities when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong supervisory and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws and camp standards. Ability to manage multicultural labor workforce. Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage). Basic computer skills for record keeping.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Camp Boss or similar role in UAE construction companies. Experience managing large labor camps is preferred.
