We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Camp Boss
to manage daily operations of our work camp. The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment for all camp residents while coordinating staff, supplies, and facilities.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodations, catering, and housekeeping Supervise camp staff and contractors Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage inventory, supplies, and camp logistics Coordinate maintenance and repairs of camp facilities Address resident concerns and maintain discipline and camp rules Prepare reports and communicate with site management
