Job Title: Camp Boss

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Camp Boss

to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of company-provided labor accommodations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth camp operations, maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and discipline, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the welfare and compliance of all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall management, administration, and maintenance of the labor camp. Ensure full compliance with

Dubai Municipality regulations

,

UAE labor accommodation laws

, and

health & safety standards

. Manage room allocations, occupancy levels, and maintain accurate check-in/check-out records. Monitor and control utilities usage (DEWA, gas, water, etc.) and report any irregularities or concerns to management. Address tenant complaints and issues promptly, ensuring professional and effective resolution. Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure uninterrupted camp operations. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline are maintained at all times within the camp premises. Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports related to camp operations. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas and submit inspection reports to management. Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and company representatives as required.
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Camp Boss or in a similar role within the UAE. Strong working knowledge of

UAE labor accommodation regulations

and

Dubai Municipality guidelines

.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and interact effectively with a

multicultural workforce

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and basic computer applications. Fluency in

English

and

Hindi/Urdu

is mandatory. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Must be available to join

immediately or within a short notice period
