PFC Group seeking an experienced

Camp Boss

with

minimum 2 years of UAE experience

, capable of managing

multiple labor/staff camps across different locations

. The ideal candidate will ensure all camps operate smoothly, maintaining high standards in hygiene, accommodation, catering, and overall staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of

multiple camp sites

across various UAE locations Supervise catering, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Maintain proper inventory control, supply ordering, and budget tracking for each site Ensure all accommodations are clean, safe, and meet UAE labor camp regulations Handle staff movements between camps and coordinate with HR/Admin Enforce camp rules and ensure proper grievance handling and discipline Prepare regular reports on camp operations and submit to senior management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as Camp Boss in the UAE

Proven experience in managing

multiple camp locations

Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills Good understanding of UAE health, safety, and accommodation regulations Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory or facility management software) English fluency required (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus) UAE driving license is

mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction, oil & gas, or facilities management sector Multicultural team management
