Job Description
We are looking for camp boss with min 10+ years of experience in UAE at construction companies.
Oversee the workers' accommodations, ensuring that the camp is clean, comfortable, and meets company standards.
Keep management informed about any issues that may affect worker morale or the smooth operation of the camp.
Maintain records of workers' movements, attendance, and other related documentation.
Handle workers' requests or complaints regarding accommodation, food, and general living conditions.
Oversee the behavior of the laborers and manage other camp activities.
Manage room assignments and occupancy levels within the camp.
