The position is responsible to control and coordinate all labor camp related activities including maintenance and security within the camp premises. Overseeing camp residents and employees related issues and monitoring camp facilities utilization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Safety and Security
In charge in maintaining the safety and security in the camp and its facilities.
To ensure that all visitors are informed and monitored regarding camp policies for visiting camp residents.
To handle, control and anticipate situation inside the camp in terms of accident, conflicts between employees by ensuring first aid kit are available and the records/contacts of all medical or security assistance is accessible.
Room allocation
To supervise the room allotment as per company standard operating procedure.
To arrange the accommodation for new arrivals in the camp.
Camp
Discipline
To ensure that all camp residents are familiar & well versed with the rules and regulations of the company in accordance with local government laws and procedures.
Work hand in hand with security guards in implementing camp policies to maintain the harmony, peace and order inside the camp.
Control and Maintenance
Coordination with the Department heads in monitoring the facilities in terms of electrical, mechanical and civil works in preventing and solving technical problems in camp premises.
To arrange cleaning and pest control inside the camp as per schedule.
Record Management
Keeping updated records of all employees staying in the camp accommodation.
Record of daily activities and incidents happened inside the premises.
Local rules compliance
To ensure that the camp was complying with the requirements of local rules and regulations.
To facilitate the visit of any Government officials conducting audit inside the camp premises.
Qualifications and Skills
Years of Experience: 5-10 years (U.A.E. experience) in the same field
Gender : Male
Degree :Any qualification
Age :30-35 years of age.
Languages :Hindi/English/Arabic
