Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all camp operations, including accommodation, catering, and recreational activities.
Supervise camp staff, including kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and efficient camp operations.
Provide training and support to camp staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Maintain records of safety drills, incidents, and safety training.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, including food, cleaning materials, and other necessities.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
