Job Summary:

Island Tower Group of Companies is looking for an experienced

Camp Boss

to manage and oversee the labor accommodation at our Jebel Ali camp. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in handling camp operations within the

construction industry

in the

UAE

, ensuring proper maintenance, hygiene, and welfare of all workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day camp operations, ensuring proper accommodation and cleanliness. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room allocation, and employee movement. Ensure hygiene, pest control, and waste management standards are maintained. Supervise camp staff including cleaners, cooks, and maintenance workers. Coordinate with HR/Admin for new arrivals, check-in/check-out, and transportation. Monitor food, water, and other supply distribution to residents. Maintain camp safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Handle and resolve workers' complaints and issues professionally. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations. Prepare and submit regular reports on camp conditions, maintenance, and staff performance.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of UAE experience

as a Camp Boss in the

construction field

. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and health & safety regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Valid UAE driving license

preferred.
