Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations of a remote camp facility. The Camp Boss ensures the smooth functioning of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort for all personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all camp activities including catering, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
Manage camp staff schedules, duties, and performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory and requisition supplies for food, cleaning, and maintenance.
Handle guest check-ins, room assignments, and accommodation logistics.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site management to resolve operational issues.
Maintain records of camp occupancy, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Address staff and resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
