We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Camp Boss

to oversee the daily operations of our labor accommodation facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the camp runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UAE labor laws and municipal regulations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a multicultural workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the labor camp Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all camp areas Assign and monitor staff accommodations and occupancy levels Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep Oversee food service quality and dining area hygiene Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Enforce discipline and camp policies among residents Liaise with government authorities (DM, DCD) during inspections Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on camp activities and expenses Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations Manage contractors for services like pest control, sewage, and waste disposal Maintain security and emergency preparedness within the camp
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in camp or facility management in the UAE Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with UAE labor law and Dubai Municipality regulations Ability to manage multicultural teams and resolve conflicts Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation Hindi or Urdu language skills preferred Must be currently available in the UAE
