Celestia Constructions LLC is looking for an experienced
Camp Boss
to oversee and manage the daily operations of our labor camp. The role involves ensuring smooth camp administration, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and managing the welfare of all employees residing in the camp.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage overall camp operations including accommodation and housekeeping.
Ensure proper allocation of rooms and maintain updated camp occupancy records.
Oversee the preparation of food, ensuring hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the camp premises.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee arrivals, departures, and camp transfers.
Handle staff grievances and ensure welfare needs are addressed.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors for camp-related services.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor, health, and safety regulations.
Submit regular camp reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Camp Boss in a construction company in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of camp management and hygiene standards.
Good leadership, administrative, and people management skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word for record keeping).
Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Immediate availability preferred.
