Key Responsibilities:

Management and Supervision:

Oversee all camp operations, including accommodation, catering, and recreational activities. Supervise camp staff, including kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and efficient camp operations. Provide training and support to camp staff to maintain high service standards.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures. Maintain records of safety drills, incidents, and safety training.

Logistics and Supplies:

Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, including food, cleaning materials, and other necessities. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Facility Management:

Ensure all camp facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition. Coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed. Oversee housekeeping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Resident Welfare:

Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents. Ensure the provision of quality meals and recreational activities. Promote a positive and inclusive camp culture. Organize events and activities to enhance the well-being and morale of camp residents.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and submit regular reports on camp operations, including financial reports. Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Handle budgeting and financial planning for camp operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
