Position: Camp Boss (Immediate Joining Required)Responsibilities:
Oversee daily camp operations and staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of camp.
Manage accommodation and resolve resident issues.
Maintain inventory and request supplies as needed.
Enforce camp rules and ensure discipline.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff movement.
Ensure timely delivery of food, water, and services.
Keep records of attendance and camp occupancy.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Camp Boss.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of camp maintenance and operations.
Able to handle multicultural workforce.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Flexible and willing to stay at camp.
Immediate joining required
