The Camp Boss will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the labor/worker camp. This includes ensuring hygiene, safety, discipline, and well-being of all camp residents in accordance with company standards and UAE labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the camp.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the camp premises.
Ensure accommodation and facilities meet the company's health and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for regular upkeep of rooms, common areas, and utilities.
Manage kitchen staff and ensure quality food is served timely and hygienically.
Monitor and maintain inventory for camp supplies and report shortages.
Maintain proper records of camp residents, including check-in/out, room allocation, and ID issuance.
Handle emergency situations like medical issues, security concerns, or utility failures.
Enforce camp rules and company policies with discipline and fairness.
Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for staff arrivals, departures, and transportation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in UAE or GCC.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic facility maintenance, health, and safety protocols.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a multicultural workforce.
Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
Familiarity with UAE labor regulations related to worker accommodation.
