Prepare weekly, monthly, and Ad-hoc reports and presentations as required by Management.
Scrutinizing all leave applications prior to dispatch to Head Office for approvals
Allocate employees for deployment at Client sites
Ensure the Deployment nos are met with as per Client requirements
Prepare & submit Daily Deployment & Idle report. Provide support for all HC related issues
Update all approved timesheets in HRMS
Collect all Salary grievances & then send them to Payroll for resolution
Follow up with Payroll team for closure
Compliant to Co. HSEQ policies & procedures.
Assist in the development, implementation and supervision of a diversified camp program in cooperation with the Program Supervisor.
Prepare staff schedule, ensure appropriate staff coverage during arrival and departure of campers. Maintain and oversee accurate administrative, attendance, and medical records for camp.
Salary-2000 AED + Accommodation.
Visa and Medical Insurance provided.
